This project is in the pre-development stages. In March 2023 an application for Outline Planning Permission was submitted for 12 homes and a common house building, which is due imminent approval. There are currently possibilities for two 1 bed, six 2/3 beds and four 3/4 bed homes. The development has been designed by an innovative architect, well-versed in the principles of low-impact design. We want to hold on to these principles by engaging a contractor experienced and competent in producing zero-carbon houses using Modern Methods of Construction.
